Refund policy

We offer 60-day money back guarantee for all our extensions. If you have any problems with our extensions or if you are concerned about the refund policy, kindly contact us. If the extension fails to function properly due to a bug and our Support Team is unable to fix it, we will provide you with a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase. However, we want to assist customers in solving problems first. We will only provide a refund when a solution seems impossible after thorough efforts. To obtain your refund, please provide us with your order information and specify the reason for the refund. We do not accept refund requests submitted 60 days after the original date of purchase.

Upon refund you must destroy all copies of the Software on your servers and in any other place within the refund period. All licenses to use the Software will be immediately terminated. Any further use of the Software is an infringement of the Copyright Act and other Intellectual Property Rights!

Refunds can only be issued if the item is malfunctioning, corrupted or does not work as described on our page AND our Support Staff is unable to offer a solution even after spending a considerable amount of time and effort.

Why can't I Get my Refund?

MageBees.com reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts to abuse the refund policy are detected. We have observed that some of our clients download products and then ask for refunds without any genuine reason.

If you fall into one or more of the below-mentioned categories, we're sorry: You are NOT eligible for Refund.

  • At the expiration date of the 60-day period, you understand and agree that no refunds shall be available.
  • The item doesn’t work as claimed and you have never asked for help and directly asked for the refund.
  • By mistake, you bought a Magento 1 extension instead of a Magento 2 module.
  • Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the extension or if the extension was purchased for evaluation purposes.
  • Before purchasing any of our products, please read the product details and also check the DEMO very carefully. Only if you are completely satisfied, the product should be purchased.
  • If you bought the wrong extension then we will not replace it with another extension.
  • You will not receive a refund if all the mentioned features on our extension page work in your Magento store. You need to provide your staging/development store access details (Admin, FTP and SSH), so our team will verify it.
  • If you face any issues or conflicts in your website or theme, you must allow enough time and information to fix the issue. If you fail to provide such information, we won't be able to support you and offer refunds. We can offer our support service in fixing third-party extensions/theme conflicts for an additional charge.
  • Fees for installation, design & configuration, conflict resolution and customization services are not refundable.
